The idea behind this weekly weight loss program is to develop a steady method of such weight loss plan, also to prepare you to endure practicing the exercises needed to achieve this plan. 





The goal of this weight loss plan is to eliminate the extras piled up in your body, the extra fat. First requirements needed to begin launching this program are high concentration, dedication and motivation.Going to a doctor for check-up is highly recommended before getting involved in your program.





So, to begin your program you need to do some stretch. Stretch is very important to make your muscles and your overall body ready to get in your exercises and workouts. If you go directly in heavy exercises before a proper preparation to your body, especially when you didn't make any exercises for a long time, this will certainly tire out your muscle and and make you feel pains. So every thing should be done moderately until you specify the level of exercises and the amount of training which fits you.

 


Let's start!
begin your first day of your plan by a steady walk for twenty minutes or a little more. After walking do some stretch. By doing this, you put your first step on the road of weight loss.



Next day, your are going to concentrate on an upper body exercise. This will give your strength a push to go through you plan for the week.


A brisk walk for ten to fifteen minutes is the third day mission.For beginners, exercises for lower body needed to be done in the evening.




Fourth day, go for rest with some stretch. Use this time to assort and isolate your mindset negatives.


In the fifth day, begin with ten-minute walk. Make exercises for the lower body followed by another ten-minute walk and finish this day with some another lower body exercises.



The sixth will be great if you enjoy your favorite sport such swimming, playing tennis, etc.


The last day of the week will be better to spend with your closer friends and people you love who will encourage you to continue going on your program.



This will be a good beginning for your weight loss program if you stick to by the first week, also will give you more motivation to continue.

So don't despair, be always optimistic.You will certainly achieve your weight loss goal if you really want!
