Nowadays many people want to lose weight in quickest way. Is it possible? Sure, why not? To
be lean, it takes these principle : skill to design a self healthy food diet plans based on body calories
calculation; practice fat burning activities regularly and assisted by a fat-burning intake.
Some simple tips below may not be the healthiest diet solution, but it proven to be the quickest
to lose weight. These simple steps will be useful moreover if you are someone who is able to
maintain commitment:
1. Reduce, and as long as you can - stop eating sugar and salt. Both of these foods known as
white toxin. They have more toxic effects - including fatten the body - rather than the positive
effects in it.
You can replace sugar with honey. You can cook without salt and create your own healthy foods. Yes, you can ! Cooking without

nice original flavor, natural sweetness. Unfortunately, the use of salt damages the original taste

its dangerous toppings of butter, salt or sugar syrup.
2. Perform light activity such as walking or riding a bike with diligence. Make exercise part of
