Intestine - the second brain

Have a long healthy life is needed for everyone but do you  there is connection between brain and intestine?
There a close connection between the brain and gut. In the spine there are a variety of nerves, one of which is the nerve to 10 nersofagus. Nersofagus nerve connects the brain and stomach. If our brains is stress; our intestines is stress as well. The same substance produced by the stress brain is also produced by the intestine. One sign is natural: when our brains are stressed, we also tend to had stomachache. If we are nervous we would also tend to get stomachache. Intestine in medical terms is often called the second brain. Just as the brain, intestine as well as regulate our mood substances produced by the brain. One of the substances produced by the brain and gut are: cerotonin, or often called the mood regulator. What is cerotonin? Cerotonin is a substance that comes out automatically when the body is conditioned in a dim light situation. At the moment the lights dim, the hypothalamus-brain- ordered brain-cerotonin secrete substances that will make our mood so relax and rest - so we can sleep soundly. Elder are tend to be difficult to sleep, and tend to wake up early in the morning or midnight. Elderly people are also tends to be agitated and forgetful, these are the symptoms that arise as a result of the decreasing cerotonin.
