There are many myths about how to obtain an ideal form of belly.
One of my friends has a tight schedule of jogging and devoted to a diligent diet practice. He sit ups on a regular basis as well.
But.. the fact.. though he succeed in maintaining a healthy physical condition and his weight is always balanced, still .. he never can get rid of a the bulge fat in the abdomen and waist area.
He is frustrated and thinks it must have something to do with genetic problem. Does it ?

There are four common myths about getting a flat abdominal area :
- Do specific abdominal exercises
Do you know that an over do of abdominal area exercise will push the shape out-not vice versa ? Without knowledge of what must do and don’t it will just end up tiring without getting the goal done
- By resisting fatty foods and do a strict diet - even this is not entirely true.
There are some healthy foods which will drag masses straight to your abdominal area. Keep an eye on a full cream milk – for example – a healthy consumption but.. in such way will increase your belly diameter. Be careful.
Even a fibrous intake can be a trigger to fat accumulation on abdominal area.
C. By using the ideal tummy shaper belt
It's a scam! Never fix the outer side without rebuilding the inner shape. This is just an illusion that hides the real truth ..and the result is prolonged torture.
The more you are addicted to outside forming body product, the more you are frustrated with the actual shape of your body.
D. By consuming a diet pill and fat burner pills.
Even this has not been proven to be effective way of removing fat. Be careful .. even if it might have successfully make you slim in general, studies have shown that those kind of pills will torture your kidney and instead of getting the ideal body shape .. you can ended up with kidney medical problem. .
