How and What to Drink to Lose Weight

Drinking too much can cause you to become overweight'.I am sure you have heard these oft repeated words before. Well, it is not entirely true. Drinking can be healthy and help you to lose weight, it just depends on what you drink. I will not include water here, that is basically a chapter on its own.Water is all you should be drinking anyway, 8 to 10 purified glasses of water a day. This is more for those who don't know what water is.
Before we get into it let me just emphasize two basic and crucial elements of weight loss. If you do not have these two in place it won't matter how much healthy stuff you drink.
1.You must have a healthy and varied diet. When I say diet I don't mean a specialized meal plan, just eating sensibly and in moderation. Make sure you cover all the food groups such as carbs, healthy fats (omega 3 and 6), proteins, vitamins, minerals etc. And DO NOT skip breakfast. I repeat DO NOT skip breakfast. It is just so crucial in setting up your day, and ultimately your health.
2. You cannot lose weight without exercise. If you hate exercising and want to lose weight, sorry to be blunt but it ain't going to happen. The thing is its actually quite simple. You don't need to go to gym 2 hours everyday. Walk, jog, play sport, any physical activity on a regular basis -about half an hour everyday - is all you need.
Okay, lets get to the drinks. There are essentially two drinks that work the best in helping you to burn fat and lose weight, and the great thing is they are 100% natural!
1. Green Tea
One cup of green tea a day will dramatically boost your metabolism, which is important in burning fat and weight loss. If you check the vast majority of dietary supplements you will find green tea as one of the ingredients. Also, it doe not taste bad, but if you prefer, add a bit of honey and lemon juice to make it taste even better.
2. Apple Cider Vinegar
This comes a close second to green tea in aiding quick weight loss. Hunger pangs is probably the major cause of most people failing in their diets because to lose weight you have to eat less. Initially this is difficult to adapt to because your body is used to a certain amount of food. This results in most people quiting too early. Where apple cider vinegar is so effective is that it suppresses your appetite by fooling your brain into thinking that you are full even though you are not. The only down side to it is the taste. Its downright awful!
There you have it, but please remember these drinks to lose weight are only effective in conjunction with a healthy diet and regular exercise. If you understand this you cannot fail.
