It required extra hard work and knowledge. Knowledge will makes us aware of the range of possibilities to make futile efforts. It keeps us from doing anything counter-productive.
Below are some non-technical factors that can hinder your exercise and diet efforts:
1. Do not move speakers to speakers or website sources from one to another
If you want to slim belly, you should not move speakers, for sources that will confuse you too much!
A health resource websites usually have a master plan for diet combination and specific exercises that will slowly spelled out to the reader. The master plan will usually starting from a light workout to diet phase 1 to the more stringent in the next stage.
A good master plan has been prepared neatly and nicely into account calories; and the master plan is often not fit combined with another master plan.
Be careful because a master health plan will have a combination of exercise and diet plans are different from one another; which are.. some times not suitable to be combined one to another.
2. Know too much (in quotes ..)
Instead of you know too much, you should know well enough (and not too little too), but diligently and faithfully do it.
Why? Too many know cause you a lot of excuses before doing the exercises even of the most simple ones. At the end before doing it you know a lot about how ineffective the exercise is.
Honestly, no matter how small you are going to take practice, still be very influential when you persevere. The words "ineffective" is usually used in an article which is a follow-up article (phase 2) after you diligently doing simple exercises suggested in step 1.
Usually an article talking stage 2 will sounds "Exercise A alone is not effective if you do not combine it with diet B, .. etc. "
If you cut up reading up on the word "Exercise A alone is not effective .." then you will lose the spirit of the exercise. Imagine you are about excited to start practicing after reading an article about exercise A and then jump to read another article of ineffective one...

3. Do not do it alone. Join community
Humans are social creatures. The power of a community invitation will beat personal laziness.
Do you believe that everyone actually always needs someone else to talk? If there is no one else as friend to talk with, then we tend to keep a conversation with .. our self.
Before starting an exercise for a flat stomach you normally would also talk to yourself, "Yes, this is a good article, I am going to start now" and another voice will say
"Wait a minute, is this serious? I’m afraid I would just waste my time "and another voice (which turned out your own inner voice) said,
"But if it is not done yet, we will not know the outcome, right? "
And finally dialogue with yourself that has seized most of the time of your workout. At the end of the day, we finally realize we have been busy reading and comparing articles in front of the computer without doing anything. That is sad.
Join a community and establish communication with the host of the website: you will avoid having a conversation with yourself.
You will have another (real voice of other person than you)
voice that said "Let's do it" or "Keep the spirit!"
That kind of communication is a lot more healthier and will create extra power to defeat your laziness.
Join facebook, twitter or other community for your diet program. Start communicating with other fellow from the club so that will make you have enough spirit to decide "Just do it, now!"
Later on if you are likely to give up.. there will be testimonies presentation to help you deal with the bad mood, and to keep going.
Remember this : no early quitter have ever seen any changes happen.
