  3.    Liver needs a lot of vitamins and minerals to get it functioned healthily. Therefore your liver will smiles a lot when you eat many vegetables and fruits.
  4.    Liver will work harder during the “junk food” eating time. If you eat many preserved meals and food with additives.
  5.    Carrots supply a “cleaning and washing” substance to liver.
  6.   To support liver and maintain it, stop eating refined sugar.
