Good habit for a long healthy life

Many people want to have long healthy life, but they don't know how to build a good habit. Here... it is 

1.       Avoid sugar consumption. Do you know that sugar is chemical ? The natural sweet flavor comes  from honey not sugar. Sugar comes from a food processing therefore it lost the natural core and become additive chemical which is “alien” and destructive to your body
2.       Drink a hot tea or at least warm water after eating. Most of Japanese people have a long healthy life. Scientific survey proofs that one of their good habit; which is drinking warm tea after eating has kept the fat of food away from staying inside their body.
Have you ever think why kitchen faucet uses warm water to clean the fat and oil from kitchen equipment and not cold water?
Can you imagine what happen inside the dishwasher when cleaning using cold water ? An accumulation of solid -candle like-fat !   
The same thing will happen inside of your body when you are drinking a cold icy liquid after eating. Drink wisely
3.       Staying awake. Human body has been designed for self general repairmen at certain hours in a day. And those hours are at the night time. Staying awake when you are supposed to sleep in the night is like a racing car that misses the pit stop.  It might has accelerate the work, but miss the auto part repairmen.  As the result, body tissue that needs general check up misses its visit to the service station. Have you ever realize what will happen to a car that never has its chance to go to the service station? Immediate shut down to a car is annoying but acceptable. Immediate shut down for your body is not funny anymore..
Give your body a change to rest and has it repairmen schedule on time, it will make you live longer and get secret of  long healthy life .
